Welcome to Thai Orchid Network. Our objective is
to make importing high-quality orchids almost as easy as
buying from your local supplier. Ordering is done
trouble-free by using our online order form, e-mail or fax to (+662) 445-5304.
At Thai Orchid Network we believe that every successful
business relationship starts with clear and effortless
communication; we realize that there can be difficulties
caused by differences in language and business practices
between us and our clients from the many parts of the
world and we will make every effort to comprehend your
market's respective requirements. Our staff is
experienced in the export trade of orchids and will
provide assistance if importing is new for you.
Thai Orchid Network primarily exports Dendrobium,
Oncidium, Cattleya, Vanda, Ascocenda and Aranda orchids.
Flasks, seedlings, medium-size and pre-finished (ready to
spike) orchids are available. Some governments allow the
importation of orchids in flasks only - please check with
your local Agriculture Ministry or Department.
Documents:
Please note that when you place an order with Thai Orchid
Network or request a quote, you will be sent
a Proforma Invoice describing all the details of the
shipment. Remember, the more detailed information you
provide to us, the more exact our reply will be.

General Information

All prices are
quoted in US Dollars, F.O.B. Bangkok,
Thailand. C&F quotes available on

Orchids are packed bare-root and dipped
in fungicide and insecticide. |

All shipments will be sent by airfreight
as soon as possible after orders are
confirmed by Pro-Forma Invoice. Usually
within 8 to 10 days. |

Bad weather, airline space, airline
routing or other unforeseen matters could
delay the delivery. |

Freight:
All
shipments are sent via air freight (you can track your
shipment
from our web site). Cost of air freight depends
on the final destination of the shipment and the
volume weight. At Thai Orchid Network, we are
aware that cost is always a point of concern and
we make every effort to minimize freight
expenses. Freight quotes are available upon
request. |

Minimum Order:
Minimum
order for orchid stock is US$ 1,000.- or above.
Quantity discounts are available for volume
purchases.
Below is the minimum order examples for each
size. You're welcome to mix up the
sizes as long as it meets the minimum order
amount.

Payment Terms:
All
payments must be received 10 days before your
scheduled shipment date. We accept the following

Restriction of Sale:
Orchid
stock is offered for sale to knowledgeable
professionals, researchers and hobbyists in the
horticulture and agriculture industry only. Buyer
certifies that all orchids are purchased for use
in connection with the agriculture business. |

Cancellations:
Any
cancellation or reduction by customer in quantity
ordered must be made in writing 10 days before
the scheduled shipment departure. Orders
cancelled in whole or part after preparation for
shipment are subject to a 30 % restocking fee. |
 |
Back Orders:
All
purchases are subject to availability. Nursery
stock orders are automatically cancelled if stock
is unavailable in the season for which the order
is placed. Once stock is available, you will be
notified by e-mail. |
 |
Returns:
Our
nursery stock cannot be returned without the
express written permission of Thai Orchid Network
Co., Ltd. In all cases, goods cannot be returned
after they have been received. |
 |
Contingencies:
We
reserve the right to prorate or cancel any order,
in whole or in part, because of: Strikes, labor
shortages, fire, frost, flood, drought, disease,
casualty, errors in count, spoilage, or other
circumstances beyond our control. If Thai Orchid
Network is unable to furnish the size or variety
of orchid stock ordered by Buyer, Thai Orchid
Network will alert Buyer with an alternate
available size or variety to be accepted or
cancelled at Buyers discretion. |

Limitation of Liability:
Thai
Orchid Networks maximum liability, whether
contractual or negligence or otherwise, is
limited in amount to the amount paid to Thai
Orchid Network for the purchase of the orchid
stock under all circumstances and regardless of
the nature, cause or extent of the loss. |
 |
Shipping:
All
Orchid stock is shipped at Buyers risk and
expense F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand. Packing and
document preparation including Government Issue
are included in the purchase price. Unless given
specific instructions we will ship by the airline
we think is best for Buyers particular
needs.
Thai Orchid Networks carton size is 80 x 57
x 22 Cms. All orchids shipped are packed suitable
for export. The following is a general packing
procedure used at Thai Orchid Network. Plant
sizes vary and so will the amount of units
packed. Each carton weighs approximately 21 Kgs.
by volume weight.

Receiving & Acceptance:
Orchid
stock is perishable. All shipments should be
immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected
on arrival and then planted as soon as possible
and placed in a temperature-controlled
greenhouse. Any problems with the condition or
quality or quantity of goods received should be
brought to our attention immediately. |
 |
Claims:
We
guarantee the safe arrival of plants, in case of
damage; please notify us immediately in writing
within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If Buyer
does not give such notice, Buyer agrees to have
irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the
goods. Thai Orchid Network furthermore will not
consider any claim after nursery stock had been
processed, improperly stored, planted, or
otherwise treated, modified or used in any way.
Claims for losses while goods are in transit must
be filed directly with airlines or carrier.
