Our network of farms range from small to large and are located in many different climate zones in Thailand. Several of the orchid farms are owned by our own Managing Director, Sittisak Somboonphon, and his family. And many of the farms are owned by friends that have been in business for several generations...

Thai Orchid Network is founded on the idea of strong relationships with reputable growers throughout Thailand. These friendships have been in place for many years and as a result have created a bond of trust and mutual respect in the Thai orchid industry. Each farm has a specialty in growing certain types of orchid plants.

The selection of orchids begins first by understanding the exact needs of our clients.

We believe that in order to earn your trust and ultimately your friendship, we must first stand up to our claims mentioned elsewhere on this site. In order to accomplish that the philosophy at Thai Orchid Network is to provide good service via telephone, fax or e-mail communication, the bottom line is to get to know "You" our client and your exact needs. It is our intention to do business with you for years to come. That said we look forward to sharing information about the orchid trade with you.

When your order is placed, the first priority is to get a booking for your freight on the best airlines. Once the booking is confirmed your order is then scrutinized to make sure we understand your needs. A pro-forma invoice may be issued at this time to confirm any changes.

Thai Orchid staff will always contact you by telephone or e-mail to confirm your order with you before the selection on the farms begin.

Selecting plants for your order is very important to us. Depending on the varieties you are purchasing will depend on the farms they are selected from. There are various climate zones that may be perfect for choosing different hybrids of plants.

White color blooms may grow better in one region than the another. We work with orchid specialist who may grow only a few types of orchids. We will not choose sub-quality plants on one of those enormous farms that grow many varieties. The quality is too hard to control. You can go to the other guys for that. Thai Orchid Network is about quality and we take pride in what we do.
